1. Why the brand name GODIVA?

   Godiva is an old English word which means "Gift of God". Since our product positioning is Natural Skin Care, "Godiva" is apt for a product line that derives its ingredients from nature. Nature is God's gift, of course.

   There is also the legendary Lady Godiva who rode naked on a horse. The name still fits our skin care line since Lady Godiva rode au naturel.

2. How long does delivery take?

   Orders paid via credit card or Western Union Money Transfer are normally shipped within 24 hours and should be received by customers within 7 days.

   Orders paid by money order or cash will require clearing time of 3 to 4 business days before they are shipped out.

3. What delivery service do you use?

   We ship our products through the following accredited courier service providers: DHL Worldwide Express and FedEx.

4. Any other possible charges to watch out for?

   Customs duty, value-added-tax (VAT), or sales tax that may be imposed by the country of destination are not included in the product price.

   Our shipments are considered for PERSONAL USE, not for commercial purpose, and normally don't get levied Customs duty. It is very rare that Customs duty is imposed on our product shipments. While we have no control over how a particular shipment will be assessed, we are ready to assist our customers in case there is unreasonable imposition of levy.

5. How safe and secure is it to pay for the products with my credit card?

   We at Godiva take every precaution to protect our customers' information. When you submit sensitive information through our website, your information is protected both online and offline. All credit card transactions made on the G-Store are handled by 2CheckOut, our online payment gateway based in Ohio, USA and with years of e-commerce experience.

7. Why are your products priced so low?

   Our products are more affordable because we refrain from spending too much on advertising and image building. Our product performance is our best promotional tool. Almost 70% of our new business is due to referrals from satisfied customers.

8. I am interested in buying wholesale. How do I go about it?

   Please send us your order (minimum of US$1,000) at info@godivaskincare.com and we will quote you our wholesale price.

9. Where is Godiva based?

   Godiva Natural Skin Care products are carefully formulated and developed following the most stringent international standards of quality, and are shipped from the Philippines.

10. Which stores carry the Godiva products in the Philippines?

    Godiva Natural Skin Care products are available in health & beauty sections of major malls and stores such as Watsons at the SM chain of malls, Landmark Department Store, Ever Department Store, Isetann Department Store, Mercury Drug stores, self-service stores and many more.

11. When I click "Submit" at your online store, my order just gets cleared out. I am not directed to the payment and personal info form. What could be the problem?

    It is recommended that you have at least Internet Explorer 5 or Netscape 4 to use the online store. Perhaps you have not enabled the Active Scripting (IES) or Javascript (NT4).
